Music Marketing and Promotion Consultation Agreement and Release

This agreement and release is to outline the terms and conditions for music marketing and promotion consultation provided by SEI Records, Siamo Enterprises Inc, its associates, representatives, officers, and directors.

1. Music marketing and promotion consultation is provided by SEI Records (Siamo Enterprises Inc.) for a fee of $200.00 CDN (two hundred dollars) an hour plus GST for telephone consultation.
2. Advice will be provided to you, the client based on the information you have supplied as research for the consultant.
3. The advice given to you, the client will be based on the opinion and experience of the consultant advising you. The advice is in no way a guarantee or promise of success. Where applicable throughout rendering our services, in no way do we give, or hold our selves out as giving, legal advice.
4. You agree not to hold SEI Records (Siamo Enterprises Inc.), it’s associates officers or directors liable for any choices you make based on the advice given to you by our consultants. It is your responsibility to use your good judgment to evaluate, and make your own choices, and actions.
5. In the event you should injure yourself, fall sick or in anyway need medical attention while using the services, or in the offices of SEI Records (Siamo Enterprises Inc.), or after, you take full financial responsibility, and do not hold SEI Records (Siamo Enterprises Inc.) its associates or directors liable.
6. You understand that the consultant may speak of spirituality. In no case will you accuse SEI Records (Siamo Enterprises Inc.) its associates or directors of racism, discrimination, religious bias, any bias or the like.
7. No refunds, exchanges, or return of materials will be permitted once you, the client agrees to this release.
   
8. You hereby confirm that you are at least 19 years of age, and legally allowed to agree to these terms and conditions.
9. You will not be rude, forceful, defiant, or insulting to any of the consultants, associates, officers, or directors representing SEI Records, or its affiliates. In the event that this condition is breached, than SEI Records maintains the right to deny further consultancy, and you will be obligated to pay forward the outstanding balance for services rendered.
10. Pre-authorization with a major credit card must be submitted, and approved before the consultancy begins.

By agreeing to these terms conditions, and release you are accountable to uphold its contents.
